RETURNING SHUTTLES, DRUMS, JUGS AND OTHER AG CONTAINERS

You may not be aware that our company has been recycling AG containers of all sizes and types for over 15 years.

As a matter of fact we have return programs for some of the largest basic manufacturers and distributors.

Whether you have a few containers or a few thousand, we can set up a program to meet your specific needs. We know that obsolete inventory sitting in inventory does no one any good and can only increase your liability.

What do we recycle?

Shuttles –  These heavy plastic IBCs are known by many different terms in the AGCHEM business.   “Shuttles,” “Mini-Bulks,” “Rotomolds,” and “Asset IBC’s” are just a few we’ve heard. These IBCs are normally made in 60 gallon to 330 gallon. Most shuttles in your business are probably 60-200 gallon size, with most being around 120 gallon capacity.

Drums – There is no doubt what these are. Blow Molded 18, 30, 35, 55 and even 57 gallon drums.

Jugs – 1 gallon and2.5 gallon Jugs

Composite IBCs – 275 gallon is the most popular size. You might have some older models like 160 gallon. These are also known as “bottle in cage” totes.

Some of our programs…

Large Scale Container Program

(Great program if you have containers at various facilities)

We use our web based worldwide logistics network to bring used containers from your various locations to one of its many company owned North American locations. This program brings in hundreds of thousands of containers per year in small quantities for recycling and reprocessing. This unique ability saves hundreds of thousands of dollars for our customers. Recycling, Cleaning, or recertification services are designed for plastic containers of all sizes, ranging from one pint bottles to 550-gallon Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs), and include numerous recycling and disposal alternatives. All recycling services follow FIFRA and ANSI/ASABE guidelines for pesticide containers, adhere to the Ag Container Recycling Council (ACRC) guidelines for recycling (which our group of companies are members), and include incineration for the disposal of residual waste and or reuse of the left over product. Lastly, we not only manufacture IBCs to stringent UN/DOT standards, we recycle and remanufacture to them as well. These services and options have been cultivated and grown through customer interaction over our 65 years of existence.

Container Management Programs

(Great option for smaller locations and those with multiple containers types at one location)

Clean Tide also manages corporate and state sponsored disposal/recycling programs. These programs cover containers from 1- and 2.5-gallon jugs, to 30- and 55-gallon drums, to mini-bulk and tote tanks ranging from 60 to 500 gallons. These programs are not one size fits all. We will help you set up a web based approach retrieval of the containers and plan a unique program to fit your needs. Or, we can do one time pick-ups of your “assortment” of containers at one site. Documentation along the way provides peace of mind and insurance that customer containers are being taken care of properly. Customer and third party audits are welcomed at any time.

To set up a program, give us a call or contact us via this web site. We might suggestion a program as described below, or we might set up something tailored just for you.
